If there's a sandwich or leftover forum please redirect me. I feel like a lot of utilizing leftovers involves sandwiches or quesadillas in our house.

Thanks to the igrill2 we had some awesome pork chops the other night. Since tonight was leftover night and I had a huge lunch I decided on a sandwich. They always seem to be my blank canvass when I'm feeling creative but not very hungry. Sliced up a pork chop, add some Cavenders, cherry tomatoes, provel, and stone ground mustard and grill that puppy up! Definitely hit the spot. The bits of cheese that fry up on the edge of the sandwich might be the best part

Looks tasty,if you like the crispy cheese just cheese crust the sandwich by pressing cheese into the butter and grill as normal.

Thanks guys.

b-one, it's funny you say that. That's exactly what I said to my wife I want to do next time!

Leftovers are some of the best food ever.

I know folks that won't touch any kind of leftovers.

They just throw it all away.

Either way, that's a good looking sammich.

Nothing I'd turn my nose up at.
