Mmmmmm, I had an idea the other night and thought I would share it here. I did a smoke this weekend and threw a couple straight forward JD fatty's on. We snacked on 1 and have 1 left over. Regarding the leftover fatty, I am going to cut it into quarters, length wise, and re-heat it in a quality spaghetti sauce on the stove top. Alright, ya see where I'm going here .... LOL !! Toast up some french rolls, put a couple of sauce soaked lengths of fatty on them, top with sauce and a piece of provolone cheese, and wa-la, an Italian sausage sandwich. Darn I am hungry now !!!
