Leftover Brisket

    Oh I think my sub beats subway any day. Made this with the Brisket I did Memorial Day.
    Smoked cheese. Sweet onion. Heirloom tomato and lettuce on a sweet Italian bun. covered with the dipping sauce I made with it yesterday.
