Leftover Brisket "Cheese steak" fattie

    I jsut took some leftover brisket, sauteed onions and mushrooms, and roasted some peppers.

    All the stuff:

    Mmmm brisket...

    Ready to Roll! It was a very tight roll, had to pinch the top a lot. The brisket strips helped keep everything together.

    165F in the center.

    Nice looking fattie. Like the ingredients. Now all you need is some cheese whiz to pour all over it and I think you've got something extra special.

    Yeah I'm thinking a slice or two in a bun with Cheese Wiz would be good!
