I joined a few weeks ago and thought I posted here but I guess it didn't load properly. I will start again. I live in New Brunswick Canada and raise a lot of my food. I am striving to become as self sufficient as I can, not to save money but to know where my food comes from. This is why I am learning how to smoke meats, both for flavour and preservation. To this end I have found an old fridge with metal insides to make a smoker.and will need all the help I can get. I will read the back posts to catch up. Good smoking.
