I live in Wichita and bought my Char Griller Duo last summer and like it. The only problem I have a little trouble in controlling the heat but working and learning from it. I am trying to figure out what to smoke this weekend. Weather should be good. Thinking smoking some fish one day and something else the next. All suggestions welcomed.
