Hello everyone,
Maybe I should have first made my "Introduction” here. I didn’t, I got right in there looking at UncleBeefs thread and getting all caught up with Wood Smoking Barbeque Smokers. You can see my thread that I have about my current build titled:
Reverse Flow Smokers and frabrication questions (
1 2 3 ... Last Page)
I made a post on the Messages for Messages for All Guests and Members, about an
idea that I had. It was suggested by Pops6927 that I make a post here. So here goes. Maybe a little late. I’m a guy that just loves to Barbeque and to smoke meat. I spent a lot of years working as a Journeyman Meat Cutter. Working at three different store chains in Michigan and for a little while working at a Meat Processing Plant in Douglas Wyoming. Now I would imaging that like most of the members here have had Char Coal Grill Barbeques and smoked their meat on one of those Sportsman’s smokers. This is how I started out. Now I ‘m in the process of having my own Smoker built for me. You can see my idea about a section called: Cutting Meat, Meat Cutters Exchange and local places to buy at the Messages for all guest and members section.
Any way it’s nice to belong here and I’m loving it too.
Thanks,
Thomas
