Late Night Rib-Eyes!

    Seasoned a couple of rib-eyes with Tatonka Dust and cold smoked them for about an hour with beech pellets while sautéing mushrooms on the stove. Then fired up the grill 325º and put on pan of frozen store bought veggie mix for about a half hour then moved them to a warmed up oven and cranked up the grill to about 600º and seared the steaks to a perfect medium rare... excellent meal!
