Last weeks Easter Supper Q-veiw

    Got us a turkey breast, well wife did. 8 pounder Honey suckle.

    Filled cavity with onions and celery. Sprinkled with white pepper

    and spread some butter between skin and breast.

    Used the old reliable Pops brine plus Thyme, rosemary, sage, garlic and onion flakes. Sit all night. Put on at 3pm at 275 for 3hrs. exactly

    Ahh tbs.

    Basted after first hr. Then every half hr. Sorry no sliced up pics, to hungry to think about it, but oh was it tender and juicy.

    Waldorf salad and boxed scalloped potatoes. And for dessert

    Cherry pie. UHM! We always have family stuff here bout 25-30 people but Wife decided not to this year. Its all her family. All I have is my sister left. It was nice not to pull up chairs and extra table Then put it all back. Massive cleanup. Thanks for looking, Dave
