Last Sundays Ham

  1. So I double smoked a spiral ham last Sunday and it came out GREAT!!!!!

    Wonderful smoke flavor!!! Injected the night before with pineapple and cherry juice, basted with the same a couple of times during smoke. Smoked with Hickory.  I'm having ALOT of trouble keeping a constant temp with the Master Forge...wide temp swings. [​IMG]  But the ham turned out fine  anyway.

  2. Good looking ham! A double smoked spiral ham is for sure one of our favorites. Got a picture sliced?
