Last smoke on cheap smoker! Pork Loin

  1. I'm in the process of building a new smoker to replace my Char-Broil offset.
    I'm hope this will be that last time I have to use this. But none the less a little Q view.

  3. I have never gotten real quality Q off this smoker, but after reading this forum for a few weeks I think this is the best I've ever done. Can't wait for the new pit to be done.
     
  4. This was for sure the best I've ever made. I used a basic pork rub. Then glazed with melted butter and brown sugar every hour. Cooked fat side up and the top tasted like maple bacon.
