Took a day off work to smoke, 2 pork butts. store bought rub and a corned beef to make pastrami, that rub was peppercorns, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika and the seasoining pack that comes with. All rubbed with yellow mustard and rub applied the night before and a few sweet taters

Gary it looks great and I like those nice shinny rims too!!

Yeah that is chill on the table and that is the only thing in the pictures that I have tasted much of The rest of it is for work, for the folks I work with and lunches for me. $1.69 a lb for a puled pork sammie is a heck of a lot better than $6.99 A LB for ham out of the deli case. espicially when the people at work smell it and ask me what it is. and if they can try it. I am 51 years old and living in Wisconsin has left me out. Before this forum I didnt know what pulled pork was. But I am trying like hell to catch up

Looking great Gary. I enjoy this forum also. Just when I think I have some part of it all figured out somebody comes up with a different plan and I have to go back out and fire the smokers up again. Watch out smoking for the fellow workers, they will fall in love and want it all the time. By the way 51 isn't old or late to learn. I am 47 and been doing this for 25 years, something new everyday. Best cross section of the smoking meat world is found right here, great people, great ideas and lots of tempting, pics, recipes and mods.

That's the end of a great smoke, thanks for the Q View. I dig the wheels on your rig, nice touch.
