Yesterday I decided to pick up some baby backs that were on sale for 2.99 a pound. Actually picked two up and one went to the freezer. Washed them and dried. Then removed the membrane. Applied my rub to them that has raw sugar, kosher salt, toasted onion, toasted garlic, Ancho chili, smoked paprika, and Chipotle. Cooked 2-1-1 as last few times I have done them they fell apart and these did too. Cooked little hotter at 250 with hickory pellets. On the smoker sauced and back on.
