Yesterday I decided to pick up some baby backs that were on sale for 2.99 a pound. Actually picked two up and one went to the freezer. Washed them and dried. Then removed the membrane. Applied my rub to them that has raw sugar, kosher salt, toasted onion, toasted garlic, Ancho chili, smoked paprika, and Chipotle.

Cooked 2-1-1 as last few times I have done them they fell apart and these did too. Cooked little hotter at 250 with hickory pellets.

    On the smoker

sauced and back on. Did not get pick coming off and foiling. Used brown sugar and apple juice in foil.

    Money Shot

    And the aftermath

    Thanks for watching!

    Well
Well I would have only meat if that was allowed by my misses. She insist on veggies at minimal. My choice would be all meat every meal!

Its a woman thingie I believe, heck they don't even consider potatoes or mac and cheese as veggies and we all know better.

I guess I'm lucky because she loves potatoes! Veggies are only a summer thing here
