Last minuite ribs

    Got a last min. Dinner invite for a sunset grill out . All the great posts on this site helped me figure a rib thing in the smoke can (MES) .
    Did not rush t hr e smoke ,time,or temp
    And looking forward to end product after the last 2 60 min in the foil.
    Anyways the 3 2 1 i always use a just a guidline but consistant results even with the un consistant temp readings
    In the MES ....great site with lots of cool information

    They sure look good to me.

    I don't think I would have any problem devouring them.
