Where is the best place to find first time smokers that would like this Lang BBQ Smoker. Like community events?

Does the winner pick up the smoker at the Lang factory in GA or at the Fire Department?  Is it a "on hand" Lang or do you get a certificate for one from Lang (with or without shipping)?  I've seen raffles both ways with other items.

You need to look a the thread start date, this thread is over a year old, and someone replied that the drawing was held in November. So tickets are no longer available.
