Labor Day weekend Pulled Pork

  1. Ok boys and girls. Just put in my MES30 (4), 28 total pounds of boneless pork butt. Using AMNPS with pecan and cherry pellets. Set the temp @ 230 and having a beer now. Should have about 20ish people tomorrow and pulling at about 2-3pm.

  6. 14 hours in and looking delicious. IT at 174. Past the stall. Bumped up MES30 to 245. Shouldn't be long now before I rest it.

  9. Oh yes. Sorry. It was such a busy day yesterday. People were circling the cooler with forks and forgot to post.

    All 4 butts were so good. Everyone loved it. Thanks all. I had so much PP, Lol. Have Leftovers after giving away quite a bit.
