Hi all this is my first post other than the roll call. I have been searching through the forum for menu ideas for Labor Day Smoke. WWOOOWW.
After looking at all the posts for ideas my brain locked up.... Thought I would ask in a post what you all had on the menu??

Thanks in advance for the help.

I will try to post qview pics of my choices.

I have to say this is one of the most helpful and respectful forums I have ever been on. You guys are awsome.

Thanks. Randy

Well, I'm have what is called a Tardeada, which basically means an afternoon party. We'll be serving beef chile verde, pulled pork, Spanish rice, beans, Mexican salad. Drinks will be simple with tequila, wine, and beer. I will surely post pics from this one.

Rich, my man!! You definitely live too far away from me

PARTY at RON's That Tardeada thing. What ever that is but a good reason to smoke big hunks of beef and drink beer, wine, tequila I'm there. Ok back to the original post Labor Day Menu I think we will smoke some ribs, and maybe a fattie with some strange fillings and then some abt's (for sure) I don't really know but I'm cooking something that will have Qview. The wife runs around with the camera when I start up the smoker now.

Well we're havin a little get together that saturday, about 30 people, so of course I have to cook up some BBQ. 6 slabs of baby backs, 24 italian sausages (which I sadly won't be smoking, I am simply out of room on the smoker), 36 wings, which I'll split up so it'll be more like 72 wings, 12 ABTs (I know, this sounds small for 30ish people, but not a lot of "spicy" people coming), double batch of my own version of dutch's wicked beans, and the usual array of salads and dips and such....and plenty of beer. Now let's just hope for good weather!

Got an order from my In-laws, BRISKET! So, I think I'll do a Butt and definetly some more Eggs. I usually do some ABT's for me and the Kid, and will do Moinks this time to qualify for certification!!!
If I can talk the Wifey into it I'l do some of the $1.59 Back ribs SOB told me about...So, it's Brisket,Butt,Eggs,Moinks, and maybe some Ribs. Be eating high on the Hog next week
