Hey all,

Just curious, any other La Caja China, Caja Asadora, Cajun Microwave (etc etc) owners here? Love to share some tips and recipes with ya'all! Maybe even get our own category?

Thanks!

-Perry

I would check with the search bar at the top of the page,I've seen a few post over the years but not a big item here. But that could change.

Will do, thanks! Your icon is the funniest thing I've seen all week, lol!

Hi Perry

Folks this gentleman is one of the kings of this device. He knows more about using this cooker than most of us do about cooking

Welcome

Gary

Shucks Gary, thanks! 'Course now I got the pressure of living up to THAT reputation, lol!

So, on that note:

I don't want to break (or even bend) any rules here, and I certainly don't want to come off as a shill for my cookbooks, however...IF there is a place here on the forums that would be appropriate to do so, I'd be happy to post a little blurb about the cookbooks, as well as a order discount code just for members of SMF.

Please lemme know. If that's not okay, then that's cool, too.

Thanks guys!

Hey Perry

PM Brian Mudd on this question for the cookbook and links but you are always welcome to post a recipe and pictures (qview)  of how you made it. I for one would love to see some of your work

Gary

Gary, I'll get a hold of Brian, and just posted a couple of favorite recipes, one for pulled pork tamales, and one for brisket. Thanks for the input!
