Kobe Beef Steaks

 Kansas City has an Awesome Meat Market selling Kobe Beef, just picked up some Fillets and a couple of Rib-Eyes..   Try them out, a ton of us from our Country Club has bought a ton of steaks from them this last month....   They also have Berkshire Pork , I am getting some of the ribs for Memorial Day weekend. Throwing this bad boy on the grill tonight

As good as it taste, I don't care what happened to it... The Marble in it just melted, IT is the Best Steak I have ever had...

Very nice looking steak, but the website doesn't even have any info for Kobe steaks - their Prime is $29.99/lb, which is on the expensive/very expensive side. Wonder what their Kobe prices are.

From their web site..  Also the cost of the Kobe steaks didn't matter, to me. Yes they were very pricey.  The taste of them when they were done is all that counts to me...  She special orders the Kobe in, she always has Kobe Burgers and they rock. Some of her products are listed below...
