really not to experienced but with this site I have been learning every week. I probably check this site twice a day. Just smoked my first butt today with everyone's help and it was excellent. I have a propane fired vertical smoker my kids bought me at Cabela's. I reside in Edgewood, Ia and work as a parts manager. My hobbies are golf and fishing but smoking is moving up on the list. I know if I need help I can always turn to the people on SMF. Thanks to all who belong here.
