I was told to come on here and write a little something. I'm new to the forum and a bit new to smoking. I came on over the holidays to get some advise on a project I was working on, and it went well. I'm probably not the most active forum member mainly cause I'm online for work all day and would rather be shooting or ice climbing when I'm not working. I'm looking into a new smoker and if / when that happens you'll hear more from me.
