well my first batch of smoked kielbasa on the perfect flame smoker i have done alot when i was younger on a big wood smoker but this came out excellent i will get a pic up after i slice up another ring heres a pic of a few that just came out

very nice....what plate did u put the meat through ? the reason i ask is it looks like a fine plate. I did the same thing and found out later you only need it to go through a course plate. better texture in the end. mine still taste great but i will definitely just stick with the course plate next time.
 
it was fine i am waiting for my new blade for my grinder i have different plates for that. this was a borrowed grinder and was the only plate i had with it.The taste is great parents even liked it and they used to make it for many years and they will be the first to say it was bad.lol My mom is trying to dig up the family recipe.But i am very happy with this smoke and will be doing some sticks over the weekend

Thanks guys.I am smoking 10lbs of sticks tomorrow if they come out half as good as the fry test today i am in trouble.
 
lets make some more kielbasa that looks great.
i bought some this morning for a lunch at work 4.29 a stick (#) it was great with hickory & apple smoke now i gots the hungrys for more,
