Up to 3 weeks vacuum sealed in the fridge. After that they can form a slimy film and when reheated you will see white specks on the sausage. Your good for two years in the freezer.. Should be good as the day you made it......Hey guys I just made a batch of pork/venison kielbasa and was wondering how long it will keep in the fridge if I vacuum pack it. Also If I do freeze it does it have any affect on the texture or quality of the product. Thanks
