I recently picked up a used Lang 60 D, works great so far, still much to learn. Here is where my issue comes in, the 60 is a bit big for the family ( 3 ) so I was thinking of having a Lang 36 patio done up but double.. so basically 2 36 set side by side. I would be able to use this at comps as well and be able to cook two different things at different temps. Over thinking this /. waste of time/money?
