Hi, I'm the new Kid around here. It will take me a while to learn all ya'lls names so be patient, yeah, I'm laughing too! I've been around meat smokin as long as I can remember. Helped Dad when I was a kid in the 60s. Dad had an old steel lined refrigerator that we would smoke mostly chicken in. I have built smokers from all kinds of crazy stuff, mostly discarded items. Thanks for having me here, I'm excited to learn more.
