Hey, guys.

I'm smoking about 80 wings for a party that i'm having tonight at 8pm.  I am going to have to do a couple seperate smokes with them because i don't have the room in my smoker for all of them.

If i start on the first batch early, what's my best option to keep warm for a few hours?

What I've done is wrap tightly in foil fresh off the smoker; wings  will stay "in safe range" for a few hours- then pop into oven (broiler) to crisp the skin back up- right before you're going to serve
