Grilled Kassler and Spatzle last night on the Weber Genesis. Brought to room temperature, sprinkle Hungarian Paprika and lightly brush in oil (Peanut in my case). Simple and wonderful. Grill preheated and stabilized at medium. Quick sear both sides and it's done! Spatzle is store bought Farmers noodle style, cooked el dente, sauce is butter garlic and paprika, simple and delicious.
