Kabobs

    Wife wanted kabobs and I needed lunch for tomorrow.

    Some sirloin steak, peppers, onions and shrooms on the uds. I threw a thigh on there for lunch.



    Kabobs done and served with slaw.



    Finished the thigh in cast iron.

    Looks awesome Adam, I need to do kabobs... Been a while ! Them look tasty & nice way to crisp up the thigh !

    Yea, speaking of cast iron... I need to pull out the Dutch Ovens & do some chicken !
