I have only been a member here for a few weeks and have aquired a good deal of knowledge thus far. I made about 10 lbs of spare ribs for mothers day using Jeffs rub (which is amazing), the 3-2-1 method, and my new propane smoker. I couldnt believe how friggin good they came out, probbaly some of the best ribs I have ever had ( not that I am a conesouer). Nice smoke ring and smoke flavor, extremely tender, and the rub was great. All of the family commented and asked how I made them. Of course I gave all the credit to you guys and I just wanted to thank you all for the info you provide and friendly advice given. I look foward to future smokes and reading as much as possible on here. Next time I'll try to get some qview going.
