I am new to electric smokers and just bought a 40" Masterbuilt electric. Been reading the forum and found some great advice so I decided to join. I live in South Texas and was looking for a consistent way to cook great food and sometimes a lot of it for friends. I hunt and love the taste of most wild game. I don't think even a smoker will ever cook duck to my liking so I don't hunt them. Thanks for all the advice so far.
