I wish I could but I'll be freezin my tail off tomorrow cookin a brisket and another turkey with my brother in law. Well he is gonna be busy watchin temps and I am going to try to work on the trailer some more.

Right before the in laws left tonight they told me the wind chill tomorrow is suposed to be about 10 degrees. Yee-Haaaa for me.

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving feast, I know my family and I did. I do want to say thanks to Dave54 for talkin' me into smokin' and the technical advise to this new guy. Another thanks goes out to Tip for his Slaughterhouse brine and injection recipe. They were great and I'll use them again for sure. On my first try with turkey, I smoked a 20lb bird and it turned out great and was completely done in 4 1/2 hours. Thanks again guys for the help !!!!!  SMOKE ON !!
