Just got a new brinkmann trailmaster. Seasoned yesterday. Put a poke butt and a chicken on 30 min ago. Been reading here a while. Alot of good info. Magine I'll be asking questions along the way. I'm in SW Louisiana and its about 46 Deg. this morning. Thanks  Wayne

Oh and thanks for the welcome everyone. Took the bird off at 165 IT. It sure looks good. Fixin to have lunch. The butt is in a stall right now I think. Its been sittin at 169 IT for an hour now. Temp has been around 225 most of the time. Kinda windy today. I'm gonna try to do the butt all the way thru without foil. This is my first butt so I gotta try it. Smoked with apple chuncks for the first time. It sure smells good.
