Just stuffed my loin ...

    and put it in the fridge for an overnight rest. I'm not sure I'll be able to do a Qview, but I'll see what I can do.

    Stuffed with apple chunks and crushed pineapple mixed with a little brown sugar and then rubbed down with a recipe for Carolina Style PP Rub I think I got from here at some point.

    May also do some PP if I get ambitious. But I need to go get more butts. I'm trying to save all my butts that fall in a consistent weight range for my "big smoke" in May for my wedding reception. And I'm out of butts that fall outside of my designated weight range. I need to buy it all anyways because it seems that pork futures are up for April/May.

    I was afraid the next word was going to be cloth! [​IMG] Glad it wasn't! Sounds good with what you've done though!

    It sounds good but you know it doesn't happen if there's no Qview. Now you are catering your own wedding reception??? I would smoke the pork butts before and then all you have to do is to re-heat it for the reception.

    I'm not catering it, we've hired a caterer that is going to work with us on the PP. I'm only doing the PP/butts, and I'm doing them the week before and pulling it, then the caterer will re-heat and serve it.
