Hey everyone, My name is Scott and I livein Alabama. Just real quick I have a New Braunsfel grill with a firebox. Definitely a newbie when it comes to smoking meat. I've tried several times (turkey breast, pork tenderloin, picnic), but not real happy with outcome. To me, the meat tastes like it's got lighter fluid on it. My lovely bride says it's wonderful!
