Hi guys my name is Jay. Im in NY. Im fairly new to smoking bbq. I have a charbroil 365 vertical but quickly outgrew it. Lol. My wife just got me a oklahoma joe longhorn. I'm waiting for it to get here. Im sure I'll have some questions. Like where can I get pecan wood split or not? In ny I have a ton of apple wood but want to try pecan. Thanx.
