Hello and Welcome to our addiction.  A word of warning: There is no 12 step program for this one!  Many good folk here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!

You can post pictures easily on this site. When you are typing in a post look right above where you are typing. there are six boxes there. the fifth one from the left has a little icon that looks like a picture. When you click on that you get an option to Browse. This takes you to your downloads on your computer. You can select a picture or pictures from your files and then voila you have posted a picture. I would like to see your pictures but I won't download things I don't totally trust and my memory is about shot on my computer anyway. Thanks and happy smoking. Welcome to the site! Timber.

Hello Tim.  That looks some fine food.  Great looking ham.  Glad that brisket worked for you.  I have a post on the group site which tells you what to order from your local butcher, and remember to take him samples.  Keep Smokin!
