Thanks for letting me join the forum.  No expert here by any means, but have been doing the backyard thing for some time.  Store my equipment in a "cooking room" here in Central Florida and take turns using my offset, kettle grill, water smoker and Orion Cooker.  Gas grill as an afterthought.  Also have a collection of camp Dutch ovens and other cast ironware.  Hope to help out and add my two cents where I can, if needed.
