Hey all

New member here but not new to smoking. I use a Vision ceramic grill that I upgraded to a few months back after using a barrel grill with smoke box for years and couldn't be happier with new rig.

Hailing from Memphis I've had some pretty good smoked meats over the years.

I like smoking chicken wings and pork butts the most but recently tried a prime rib which didn't turn out great (more on the upper side of medium when I was shooting for medium rare, oops) but will be giving it another shot before too long. Sure I'll post pictures and results (if it turns out right)

Anyway looking forward to getting new ideas and thoughts about smoking from the forum
