was always intrigued with smoked foods, love Q and Wally made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I got a deal on a Royal Oak electric. Hoping to kick ass at least on some smoked meats, some hot smoked fish (I like cold better but ...) and hopefully some cheeses (ricotta for some pasta Genovese). Tomorrow my first is 2 pork butts and I'm going to throw couple of sausages in for the last couple hours. Any pointers ?
