I've been reading the forums here for a while now, and just thought it might be easier to ask for info/help myself instead of combing through the forums (though you can learn a lot by just doing that!). The wife and I reside on the west outskirts of Indianapolis. A coworker got me interested in smoking a couple of years ago and we've been hooked ever since. Started with a red Brinkmann electric (yes the cheap one) and got a Masterbuilt electric this spring. We were just getting used to it when we found the hard way that the circuit we had it on wasn't as tough as we thought (long story). We went to a Masterbuilt gas unit and all is well. The decision now every weekend has gone from "What are we having?" to "What are we smoking?" :)
