Just picked up a MES 30 from Lowes

Just got back from Lowes with a MES 30".

Sale was $179.00, marked down to $149.00, Lowes card extra 5% off. Total with tax $153.94.

Bit chilly here in NY today, temp is now at 21Deg's.

Will get everything put together and season tomorrow when it supposed to hit 35Deg's.

I have about 36hrs to figure out what to smoke first.

Will keep informed of progress with my new MES.

Just opened it up and I think if anyone is courious this modle is NOT the latest model 20070910, but it is the 20070511 model. Which has the larger chip tray (NO mod needed for the tray), inside built in meat therm, has top digital timer, and element CAN be changed out without any mod.

This is the 800watt unit. 

I'm sure I will end up with the AMASN tray sooner or later.

So far so good.

Will keep all posted to the first smoke.
