Greetings from Hilton Head, SC. I have been on the site for a while now and, it just occurred to me, that I have never introduced myself on the roll call thread. I got in to smoking about 2 years ago, I guess. My Arsenal is made up of a Chargriller Duo and an electric Brinkmann vertical. The Chargriller is generally my weapon of choice, but the electric Brinkmann (I know...cheating) works wonders on Boston butts when my babysitting time is limited.

I enjoy tapping in to depths of smoking lore and experience here, especially when I am trying something new.
