Relocated from the Jersey Shore due to work. My wife bought me a Brinkmann offset for my first father's day gift and I was just now able to set it up. I have smoked back-to-back weekends and this site has really helped out. I made short ribs the first week and a Boston Butt yesterday. Both came out superb and people have raved about the two meals. I am glad I came across this site. We only know one person in the area and I wanted to pick up a hobby. I am really enjoying the helpful hints and recipe suggestions.
