I just got my Brinkmann smoker on 7/3 and so far smoked a few pounds of ribs and a brisket. All came out fine - need some practice in controlling heat in the smoker.

I drove the neighbors crazy with all that wonderful aroma of hickory smoke. They'll get used to it!

Hi Ja...I love drivin the neighbors Nutz with a long cook..and they never get use to it....i guarantee it.just take a sample around at times.....it usally gets a rave review and a beer...
Im glad the smokin ban here in Iowa wasnt on BBQ smokers...
