Hey Everyone,

Just joined after I came Accross this site while searching heating issues for my 40" MES.
Thanks for all the postings, yall helped me fix my smoker!
Live in North Texas, Electrical-Mechanical Engineer by trade, hobbies: working on cars, building guitar pedals and floating in the pool with an adult beverage. been smoking meats for about 20 years now. Started with a charcoal smoker then went to a propane smoker and now have an electric which I really like (never thought I would EVER say that about an electric smoker)!

just trying to figure out how to connect the electron gun up to the smoker, nothing more than 8000 Kelvin. Hahahaha
