Just joined and am looking forward to sharing the joys of cooking.  Just invested in a Kamado Joe.  Used for about 4 or 5 times.  Still learning about using.  Just invested in a Maverick et 733 probe.  Realize after the first cook that a probe was a must have.  hope to fireup and use tomorrow and cooking something for my sweetie on valentines day.  My name is Joe and live in middle Georgia area.  Look forward to exchanging ideas with all.

The maverick is a great purchase. Do you know is the thermometers are interchangeable from the ET733 to the ET 732?
