tornado watch, thunderstorms,and I'm smoking pork ribs.just got done here's some pic's. tried a new recipe my wife found so gave it a try.did one just like the recipe and one with a dry rub.unfortunately the one that I followed the recipe dried out on me,the other with the rub came out fall off the bone tender-any thoughts on this? I can also say this recipe had hoisin sauce in it (not a fan) so I don't think we will be trying this recipe again.here's some q-view.

Which had the hoisin sauce the darker bones?
