Just got my first smoker... Need help

Welcome to the SMF Family. First off, you are going to want to have a broader control of the temp of that Gasser. Sign up for the Free 5 day Ecourse and start looking around the sight, with the search function, for the type of meat you wish to smoke. Read then post questions in the appropriate forum. You will get a variety of answers, recipes and technical info from some of the best homespun Pitmasters in the world. The only Stupid Question here is, the one not asked!...JJ
