Hello from OHIO! I have really enjoyed reading and learningfrom all the great stuff here. I got my GOSM smoker about 2 years ago, and have used it a bit...but not nearly enough. I have done a turkey...several briskets...ribs...and pork butt. I think I'll try the smoked meatloaf and a couple of fatty's this weekend. Thanks for the tips and techniques...looking forward to learning and sharing. "Give me some BBQ and I'll eat for a day... Teach me to BBQ and I'll sit by the pit and drink beer all weekend!"
