Got a Brinkmann Gas unit as an early Father's Day gift so I could do some Memorial Day cooking. Cooked up about 4 lbs of Beef Short ribs and 2.5 lbs of Baby Back. Over did it on the rub on the Baby Back. The beef came out mixed. Some pretty good. Some a little dry. I am excited aobut learning how to bbq.
